OnStar Module Broke
My OnStar failed 2 months ago. The dealer (Henna in Austin Tx) has had my Silverado EV for 6 weeks waiting on the telematics part. They won't let me drive the truck until the part comes in because they say GM won't pay them to put the truck back together then take it apart again.
This is not the Silverado EV experience we wish for you to have. Rest assured, you did the right thing by bringing these module concern to the attention of your dealer, as they are in the best position to complete the proper repairs and guide you through this process.
