Onstar in my brand new 2025 Chevrolet Traverse LT is not working even though the light is green.
This has happened to my 2025 Buick Enclave. There is some mass problem. They are going to have to order a new module after it being in the shop a week. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, brand new car..... But it is on back order from what I can tell "Forever". I need to see what the lemon laws are. At this point I'd like to just go buy another brand other than GMC. Maybe go back to a Jeep, the Uconnect never failed like this.

How do I send you a private message? This situation has caused us much grief. I bought the car for a long road trip with my son who is autistic, and felt we would have safety for him as if anything went wrong, he could just push the SOS button, and get help and not have to be able to know where his is. Now we have none of those features, and not even navigation and we leave for our trip in 3 days. I am beyond angry. This should not happen for a new car. I definitely made a mistake in my car purchase.

I guess you like private messages so other people don’t see how much the consumer is getting the run around

I have the same issue. I have contacted an attorney dealing with lemon laws. They told me if it has been to the shop 3 times or more it would likely be eligible for lemon laws. Or if the vehicle is with the dealer for 30 days or longer it would be eligible. If you have met ether of these requirements I’d urge you to contact them. They do not charge consumers in pursuing this. These are if the vehicle is still under the manufacturer warranty period as well.

Is that 3 times for the same issue? Or can it be 3 times for different issues?

I haves 2025 Buick Enclave and same issue in addition to that my key fob quit working on remote starting my car. Also I filled my fuel tank good and full the other day 60 miles later I have Low Fuel warning display come on showing I’m out of fuel. I’m looking to get all the people I can with these problems. I been in contact with an attorney and looking at lemon laws and more. If people would like to join in this they may contact me. I’m leaving my email. Put in subject line it’s regards to GM Onstar issues so I don’t think it’s spam. If we can get a number of people I think we will have better chance to resolve this. The lawyer works off fees they charge in the lawsuit. My email is tbeyer9607@yahoo.com
