OnStar 13.72 update stuck
I have a 2024 GMC Terrain SLE, purchased used 2 weeks ago. I set the update to complete yesterday, over a day later, it is still stuck on the last step. I can’t use my radio apple car play, etc. How do I get this fixed.

Seems this requires some service as none of the reset methods were working.

I had a similar issue with an update getting stuck and it was really frustrating, especially when things like Apple CarPlay and the radio stop working. Since basic reset methods didn’t help in your case, getting the dealer to check it may be the quickest option. Hopefully they can get the update completed without too much hassle. Please share an update once it’s fixed; it could help others facing the same problem.

They needed to replace the antenna.
