OnStar 13.72 update stuck

I had a similar issue with an update getting stuck and it was really frustrating, especially when things like Apple CarPlay and the radio stop working. Since basic reset methods didn’t help in your case, getting the dealer to check it may be the quickest option. Hopefully they can get the update completed without too much hassle. They needed to replace the antenna.
