On Star Telematics Module 2025

As a new Chevrolet owner, you expect the highest quality and dependability in your vehicle and we regret to hear this hasn't lived up to that standard. At this time, have you brought your vehicle back to your dealer for a diagnosis? This will be the first step to determine if it is truly your OnStar telematics module that is causing the OnStar components of the vehicle to malfunction.
