On Star module broken

I ahve a 2023 Chevy Tahoe RST and the on star module has failed. There has been no connection since 8/31/24. The dealer has said it is on backorder and no ETA when a  new part will arrive. Has anyone...

Same here, 2023 sierra, been trying to get gm or onstar or dealer to do something for 3 months, also have 2025 sierra

    Same here with 2023 Yukon Denali, dealership isn’t helping, vehicle still under warranty and onstar says the dealership has to fix the issue

      The telematics module will need to be replaced. I finally had mine replaced, and my OnStar is functioning.

        Thank you so much for this help and insight. Is that something that takes weeks as opposed to months, or what exactly? Reached out to the dealership from which I purchased the vehicle and have an appointment on Monday morning.
