On Star module broken
I ahve a 2023 Chevy Tahoe RST and the on star module has failed. There has been no connection since 8/31/24. The dealer has said it is on backorder and no ETA when a new part will arrive. Has anyone...
Well I might as well chime in too.... I have a 2022 Sierra Denali, and its been out for a month. Originally took it in for a software update/recall and they thought that would fix it. Of course it did NOT, to had to make a new appointing just to find out the On Star module was bad. I see several other owners having the same problem, not sure why my dealership didn't know about this, but does anyone know what the problem is with getting the new module?
