On Star module broken

I have a 2023 Yukon 47,000, 2 years old. First I was told the Telecommunications module was defective costing $1500. Now I'm told that the OnStar module is also bad another $400. GMC unilaterally and arbitrarily added the charge of $1500 for 3 years of OnStar service onto my custom-ordered car (as they did with all 2023 models), they should provide 3 years of protection to the parts that provide the service or offer a refund of the unusable service due to equipment failure. GMC sold 2.6 million cars in 2023, which is close to 4 billion dollars in profit from these forced 3-year contracts, GMC can afford to warranty for the forced contract period
