On Star module broken
Same thing happened to me last week.... 2023 Tahoe LT... 36.4k miles. Dealer telling me its out of my warranty and $850 to fix. Pathetic.. I am also paying for a plan. This is outrageous that I would have to pay for this considering it has NOTHING to do with the miles on my engine. My clocks are off, my compass is not working. How on earth is that something that fails on a 2023 vehicle. The dealer also said its been happening more and more. I am waiting to hear back from GM to see if they can pay for the repair. I own 3 GM vehicles and honestly if they don't make this right I am going to get rid of all 3 and move on to a different company

Hi i have 2023 Chevy suburban and about 1,5 years ago dealer pushed me to do software program recall so afterwards my onstar module stopped working and check engine light is on so i can’t start my car remotely also clock shows different time and dealer said it’s not their fault…. Like seriously? Whose fault it is? Before update everything works well. They want me to pay $800

I experience a simular issue. I purchased a used 2023 Chevy RST Tahoe. I have called the OnStar customer service, and the OnStar button would not work, and customer service stated to take it to the dealer. The local dealer says that it is the module and would need to run diagnostics, which would run $850 to $9000. WOW. Ridiculous. I purchased an extended warranty but would this cover this

I ever called customer service and they were no help, even trying to set up a new account and try to see if I could use OnStar
