I want my money back

Howdy, I've read into it a bunch and it seems like I'm not the only person completely disappointed by the hotspot features. I started a plan a few days ago thinking that using my hotspot on the truck might get me some reliable Internet being that I need it for work and I travel a lot. It's actually done more bad then good because I've been having to constantly stop and mess with it as only certain things work and everything else tells me I don't have any Internet connection at all! I'd like my money back or I'd like an onstar person to reach out to me and try to make it right. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt since I don't know if it's just a software thing or something I'm missing but so far this has been a total waste of money.
