GMC rejected my warranty claim due to a defective 2023 Suburban communication module
GMC has a significant problem with its vehicle communication modules, and it's become clear. My two 2023 Suburbans and one GMC Denali all have the same issue. This is clearly a product defect, and perhaps because it's not a safety issue, GMC hasn't issued a full recall.
But I am very angry that my warranty claim application was rejected. My car lost its link 4 months ago, and it was 89,000 at that time. But now GMC has rejected my warranty replacement request, not knowing that this is an obvious product defect. They asked me 1140 dollars to replace by myself.
Is this correct? There are no lawyers to bring proceedings against the GMC.

UPDATES. GMC customer support enthusiastically called me, and the dealership enthusiastically helped me file a claim with GMC. However, GMC denied my claim to replace telecom module . I recently reviewed numerous Chevrolet and GMC Carfax records and found that most vehicles had their communication modules replaced free of charge through a friend program. This is a clear product defect, yet GMC not only failed to disclose this information, but is charging some owners for it. If GMC charges any owner whose communication module is damaged, I recommend that they obtain a lawyer to represent them and sue GMC for compensation.

I received your call, but the issue remains unresolved. Your customer service said it is covered under warranty, but the dealership filed a claim with GMC and it was denied. No one knows how to solve it now.
