I want in on this! My Tahoe purchased in 2023 has been without this service since 2024. No resolve or answers in sight from anyone.

Please keep me in the loop on this. I have a 2025 Chevy Equinox that my Google Assistant and Google Maps do not work depending on the day. Keating Chevrolet in Conroe, TX is trying to say I have to have the internet but my Onstar Basic says Navigation is included. Why sell a vehicle that has to have internet to run the services? Even with my Android auto hooked up it still shows me offline and can't connect. This obviously needs to be recalled. Onstar and the dealerships just treat us like we are dumb. I still have my bumper to bumper warranty as well.

My 2025 Chevrolet Traverse started having issues with the instant module and it killed 2 batteries. My vehicle has now been sitting at the dealership for 2 weeks. They were hesitant about giving me a loaner, but I wouldn’t let up.

Non working onstar module at 7700mi. No remote start. No GPS. No onstar connectivity. No garage openers. No apps. No WiFi. The usual delete apps, hard restarts multiple times, nothing works. Have now gone back to using a remote for the garage doors, haven’t used one since 2015 but since this is all programmed into the screen with no physical buttons, we’re back to it. I will be expecting extensions on all services I am without.

Please everyone reach out to Hagens Berman's if you have this issue. They are the ones that handled the recent Toyota case and are the best firm I can find to take this on! Clear safety issue given On Star for accidents here we have good standing on since they are using parts to continue building instead of fix the issue. Please reach out so we can get an idea of the class size.

I am looking into a private suit here. Same boat as you all. They sold us a car advertising advanced telematics features and they simply have not delivered. Embarrassing level of quality from GM. Compare the traverse to Toyota rav 4 on the NHSTA complain sometime, it’s borderline comical.
Have discussed with two law firms and they both thought I had a case for a diminished value claim and potentially a lemon law claim if the vehicle is under 12,000 miles. Mine happened at 12,400 of course. I am debating whether to file privately or wait for a class action. One or the other will be happening I promise you that.

So what are you able to do? I am pretty sure they are still building traverses at the factory so there are parts available but, Chevy is choosing to build new vs. fix the junk they put out on the road.

There is nothing Onstar will or can do, what you guys needs to do is pay for these modules that are broken or else Chevrolet and Onstar will suffer in sales!
