Called BUICK directly but it’s actually General Motors Customer Care and filed the safety complaint with them
Spoke with Sophia. I have a case number and they said a regional representative will contact me… I informed Sophia two complaints have been filed with NHTSA and FTC. She said I wasn’t the first she heard of this issue and they are documenting ALL CALLS… so call that number, have your VIN # ready and file your complaints.
