class action lawsuit OnStar module backorder
This is Bull! They need to give you a loaner. The module on back order and they know that. They are so far behind in the dealership because so many people are having to go in due to this. They had my car for a month I was able to get the loaner for 18 days, because they first told me they didnt have one. They have replaced it on my vehicle but the other day the screen went black again. This time I took a picture of it so I can show them when I go back. I dont understand how they keep getting away with this. All of this trouble from a new car and all they offer you is some GM points. Smh I will never but another one from Gm
Yup. I am fairly certain they just sold thousands of vehicles knowing they had these faulty modules. I will never buy another GM either, problem is, this is brand new, so until I can have enough time off work to get this repaired...I am screwed. Knowing it is a faulty module, order it, when it arrives, call me and fix my car . Nope- going to screw people around because they can. I am actively trying to leave bad reviews wherever I can in the hopes that people don't buy the vehicle and don't subscribe to OnStar.

This is also what I have been doing. Well on another note. As least you're is drivable. Mine had to get towed because it would not start at all. Hell I could not even open the locked doors. Yes mine was new as well. Got it in Jan with 11 miles. Just got it back out the shop again yesterday because the steering wheel was peeling. Smh this is a mess
