class action lawsuit OnStar module backorder
Time to hold GM responsible for the no ETA on Onstar Module. Attach your name to be added.
There needs to be a lawsuit filed. It’s become a time consuming financial burden and a safety issue. If anyone has started the process, or has knowledge of any? I am not sure how to proceed. The module is on back order but they want me to come get the car and continue to use it (pay for it) without the safety features, functionality or ability to fully control the battery? We live in Florida. The screen gets so hot you cannot touch it, it cannot even display the correct time. This is a MAJOR SAFETY issue. Why isn’t anything being done?
