class action lawsuit OnStar module backorder
Our dealership here in Birmingham, AL has them on back order as well. That 900 number is not correct. There are much more reading from these posts and others across the internet.

Hi Jack,
You’ve been consistently polite and sincere in acknowledging our frustration with the ongoing telematics module issue, and I appreciate that. But at this point, I think what many of us really need is transparency.
Can you—or someone above you—please share a clear explanation of:
Why these telematics modules are failing in the first place?
What GM is doing to resolve the issue?
And most importantly, what is a realistic and honest timeline for replacement modules to become available?
A public update from GM leadership would go a long way toward restoring customer confidence. We’ve waited long enough without meaningful communication, and the silence only deepens the frustration.
Thank you for passing this along or responding directly.

It's a bit unreal that no one at GM has any answers. Every where I look there is a brick wall. We are getting the run around even from OnStar. They don't even know what's going on. Just polite typical customer service answers. I do appreciate kindness, so thank you, but we are in the dark and GM seems to be the source of the darkness. I work in supply chain and even during covid I could get answers on why items are on back order and even get decent ETA.

And did he respond. My guess is NO. Because they are giving everyone a stock response. This is totally unacceptable, yet they are getting away with it with . Putting people's lives in danger. OnStar absolutely sucks.
