2026 equinox less than 3 weeks old, no connection

I dread writing this..after being so excited to hop into an ev.  Immediately I was having connection issues..small things..could not connect when requesting music and navigation on Google maps..onstsr said, have the shop have a look..shop said all good..1 week later now I gave no onstar and GPS doesn't move my location on google maps.  Now all I see is telematics issues online.  What is up with the hardware provider.. I have a bad taste in my mouth and hope this negative experience doesn't fester.  Can there really be that many people with issues? Onstar..Chevy.  make this right asap.  Now is your chance..
