2025 Equinox EV Gps not working

Sounds like I am not alone with OnStar not working.  The OnStar button didn't work, maps and voice assistant stopped working, I could not get a list of charging stations in the Charging app. I  was told that the OnStar module needed to be replaced.  The dealer replaced it but the Google Apps (maps, voice assistant, etc) do not work.  Every time I open the maps app I get a message saying that I need to Upgrade my On Star plan.  I have had OnStar since I bought the car in November 2024 (I have a 2025 Equinox EV) and all of this stuff worked just fine up until 3 weeks ago.  I have been on the phone with OnStar and the EV Concierge for the last 3 days, with multiple corrections attempted (a reset by OnStar, restarting the Infotainment system, clearing the Storage and Cache from the Maps app, deleting the Vehicle Account and re-adding it, deleting my gmail account and re-adding it).  Nothing has worked.  I am getting really frustrated and annoyed with both Chevrolet and OnStar.  My guess is that there is some software that got installed that is impacting connectivity to Google, as those are the apps that are having issues.  I guess it is fortunate that at least now I can see where there are charging stations.  If only I could get directions to those stations (but it says I need Google for that!)
