2024 trax

We have had this car over a month and the WiFi and hotspot has always been grayed out. Spoke with OnStar at least 10 times and raised to level 3 techs multiple times. I have brought it back to the dealer and still no change. This is my last ditch effort for help. Bought so with can you her computer for work with hot spot availability and yet has never been able to use it!
