2025 equinox ev- OnStar Telematics module - no dates for backorder part is unacceptable
This is currently happening to me! I had to have my 2025 Enclave jump started twice this weekend! They said there a backorder for the module necessary to repair the vehicle.

My brand new 2025 Enclave has now been in the shop for 27 days without any updates. They are saying faulty on-star module, on backorder. How long will this go on?

wow - this is just sooooo unacceptable. Whats weird is with mine, it won't work in the morning as I go to work but when I get in the car to leave to come home - everything connects right away. Thank goodness my apple car play works as the NAV on the car doesn't sync because Onstar is not working and won't give location so it gives me the wrong directions...so I use my car play nav if needed. i am tempted to cut my onstar service if they have to order me a module and then if and when it comes in, start my service again. Will see what my dealership says when i take mine back into the shop.
