2025 equinox ev- OnStar Telematics module - no dates for backorder part is unacceptable
I recently bought equinox ev 2025. In 5th month of use, telematics system stopped working. Dealership mentioned that part is nationwide back ordered with no estimated date. And i saw on many portals ...
I, too, have the same problem.
The On star module is backordered, and we are just waiting with no ETA.
Is there any update on this? (I have a 24' Equinox EV)
I am having the same issue. 2025 Equinox and it completely drained my car battery. Was told today that there’s over 4,000 affected. Definitely should be a recall.
