Remote start failing
So every time I remote start from fob the alarm goes off and doesn't start, if I do it from the app, either the same thing happens or it gives the error check the fuel cap, but I have no fuel cap on the 2018 Silverado 2500. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

This isn't the experience we want you to have with your Remote Start feature in the app, and our team is more than glad to help. If you haven't already, please uninstall and reinstall the app on your mobile device. If this does not work to resolve your concerns, please send a private message to OnStar_Support with additional details of your account. Just select the envelope at the top right of your screen to get started.
