MyGMC app will not update vehicle status
This is not the experience with the amazing Vehicle Status features in our app that we want for our dedicated Members, @thutmose. Our team appreciates you bringing this matter directly to our attention, as well as sharing the steps that you've taken thus far to address these difficulties. We recognize how frustrating this can be and would be happy to assist further with ensuring that these concerns are resolved. I have name and VIN but how do I get OnStar account number?
I don't see that in the app. I have the OnStar One plan.
