MyGMC app not updating vehicle status since OnStar had to refresh my wifi signal a week ago.
My Gm app stopped updating in June. So we all should get credited. I pay by the year. 4 months have passed without the app working correctly. I've done all the unload and reload and nothing happened, so what next? I uninstalled all the app and reinstalled it and nothing.

I have had a heck of a time with mine. Contacted onstar and completed all the “fixes” but nothing worked. Twice onstar support “refreshed “ my software and it updated but that was it, still frozen since their last attempt. The controls work fine but vehicle status doesn’t update.
