MyGMC app not updating vehicle status since OnStar had to refresh my wifi signal a week ago.

Seems to be an ongoing problem. Last update was 3 months ago. Tried all the “fixes” and no dice. About to save some money and cancel onstar.
Thank you for bringing this up, as we wouldn't want you missing out on key OnStar features like the Vehicle Status. If you've tried reinstalling, restarting device, updating your device, clearing cache, ensuring all notification and permissions are enabled, and have performed a power cycle to no avail, we'd like for you to private message OnStar_Support so we can look into this further.
