MyChevrolet Status not Updating
My 2024 Suburban is not updating after the newest update. It’s been 30 days since its sync’d.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Signed in and not as well as doing the steps below. Nothing has worked.
- Turn ignition on for at least 2 minutes
- Turn ignition off and wait 2-5 minutes (so data can be collected)
- Log out of the myChevrolet app and log back in - this may help the app refresh
- If the concern is still not resolved, please wait 2-3 minutes and refresh the app again, as the status can take a few minutes to update
- Drive the vehicle around for a few minutes to allow data to refresh on the app
I had to call and get a signal sent to my vehicle and then it was fixed

Hi waharris,
We're sorry to hear about the situation with your OnStar module and the impact it’s had on your vehicle. We understand how frustrating it must be to have your truck out of service with no ETA on the replacement part.
To help us look into this further, could you please email us at socialmedia@gm.com? Include ATTN: OnStar Community/waharris in the subject line. We'll work to gather more details and provide updates regarding your part availability and options.
Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to assisting you further.
