MyChevrolet App Vehicle Status/Info Not Updating

I have a Chevy malibu 2024 and I'm just now having these issues. The app stopped showing accurate information about my car. I'm working on getting rhis fixed. I've so far deleted the app, cleared the app data, called on star. When On star connection to my car it did update the miles shown but did not fix the gas %. It has also not sent updated information on the mileage since driving it after calling On star.
