Connection Issues
I purchased my 2025 Equinox October 2024. I had no issues until about two months ago. Every command would fail. My Chevy app would not work to turn on the vehicle, lock/unlock the doors, and would not link with the milage/fuel in the car. Spoke to OnStar they could not connect to my vehicle and said I had to take my vehicle in to get looked at. Took it in to the dealership, they had to replace the module. Everything was working great until a few days ago. The app shows it’s connected to my vehicle but commands started to fail again. I spoke to OnStar again they said they could not connect to my vehicle and would need to go back to the dealership.
