Can't Login, even after password reset
I can't login to the my gmc app even after resetting my password multiple times.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. At this time, we kindly ask that you uninstall and reinstall the app as an initial troubleshooting step. If this doesn’t resolve your concern, please send an email with additional information to socialmedia@gm.com with "ATTN: OnStar Community/Barbarrino" in the subject line for further assistance.

If you're having difficulties logging into the mobile app, we recommend that you uninstall then reinstall your app. This will ensure that you're using the latest most up to date version.
