Red light on OnStar keeps coming on
I received a S/W update from GM for my 2025 Buick Enclave,since then my OnStar is intermittent. When I use my key fob to open or lock the car the greenlight goes red and stay that way until I log in with remote start by Internet. Them the light stays green until I use the keyfob also the light will go red sometimes when I am driving, then suddenly turn green. Any ideas? I paying my monthly fees but will drop this if u I can't get it right

My onstar is doing the same thing. 2025 Sierra. Did you get a permanent fix?

Another S/W update from OnStar seems to have resolve the issue. No repeat in 15 days. Waiting til EoM to close issue.
