Ap Connectivity
Just came home with a brand new 2025 escalade and none of the apps work. Spent over an hour on the phone with OnStar only to be told that they need to escalate the problem to a higher level - and then it probably be three business days before I even hear back. Very frustrated with this new purchase.

when trying to use the features like the web browser, YouTube or Hulu a message appears that says that I can only watch with this content with an active in vehicle streaming video subscription. Ask the driver to contact an OnStar advisor to subscribe. Based on the feedback I have received I am fully subscribed and this feature is simply not working. Please advise.
