MyChevrolet App fails to load consistently then when it does load everything is locked up
I purchased a 2025 Colorado ZR2 on 19 Feb 25. At the dealer we set up the app and everything was fine on my Samsung Galaxy S23 ultra phone on the latest version of android. Then I had the "OnStar" setup call and since then the app has not worked. I've tried resetting the cache, reinstalling the app, and going through the data reset process for getting the truck to update data. This is very frustrating and your FAQ and forums are not clear as to a correct way to make the app work. What can be done?

We're saddened to hear of these difficulties that you've been experiencing with the app. This is not the first impression that OnStar and Chevrolet hope to make. For your awareness, these difficulties resemble a known error in the app which has since been identified and resolved by our technical team.
