Congratulations on bringing your new 2025 Colorado ZR2 home, Paul. We're saddened to hear of these difficulties that you've been experiencing with the app. This is not the first impression that OnStar and Chevrolet hope to make. For your awareness, these difficulties resemble a known error in the app which has since been identified and resolved by our technical team.
