On February 28, 2024, I reported that charge status for level 3 chargers will not update & hangs up in "Updating". I can NOT issue a Stop Charge command. I was given case number 240512201 for my 2023 Chevrolet Bolt EUV. I have to get in car, start car, stop charging via infotainment screen to release locked charger cable. I tried to get status March 26 & was told someone would contact me in 24-48 hours. I've heard NOTHING! Very Frustrating & irritating!
