To receive vehicle diagnostic information via your mobile app and the Vehicle Status feature, you must have an active OnStar account and appropriate connectivity plan. If you are actively enrolled in services currently, please feel free to send an email to socialmedia@gm.com with "ATTN: OnStar Community/aletastout in the subject line so we can further assist.
