I’m having trouble connecting my Onstar to my Enclave. I push the Onstar button, it says push it again to connect, so I do, then it tried for a min and just says “sorry, try again”.
Thanks for connecting with us regarding your hardware. For awareness, wireless network providers transitioned their cellular towers in the U.S. from 2G networks to 4G or 5G connectivity. This was completed on December 31, 2022. Certain 2015MY and earlier GM vehicles on the road leveraged the 2G network for OnStar connectivity. The decision to sunset these networks was made by the wireless network providers and the need to upgrade to newer technology.
