Software update unsuccessful

We appreciate your connection to share this concern with your Bolt EUV after attempting a software update, @sitnik. As best practices when performing vehicle software updates, the following are recommended: 

- external devices be removed before proceeding with the vehicle software update. If you have an external device present, remove the device and attempt the update again at your earliest convenience.

- A good connection to the vehicle is needed to process the update. Does the vehicle have connectivity? Is the vehicle parked in the open?
