Email renewal discount

Last week I received an email from OnStar member services saying that my SuperCruise plan is expiring and if I renew within 10 days I will get a 60% discount. I clicked on the link, signed in and the discount was not there. I have had multiple contacts with OnStar to no avail.

  • I also I had a fifty percent discount on my app.I went to pay to renew from my year.And it wouldn't let me.So I contacted them, and he said that I wasn't the only one complaining about that problem that others were having the same problem.They were gonna just extend my on star plan for a month.So that they could research it and get back to me. Well, when I went back to my on star app, they took the discount down.And nobody is responding, and I want my discount because I want to renew.This is crap i'm not happy if you got your discount, how did you end up doing it

      I never did really get a discount, but they did renew my Super Cruise until December. Unfortunately I can't really figure out how/why. I just kept up the back and forth. They first extended it a month. Then someone sent me a private message:

      Looking into the case, it looks like the Billing Team said this discount isn't available - which is why an error is being received. Since we're unsure why you received the email in the first place, it is best to speak directly with them by dialing 1.888.4ONSTAR (1.888.466.7827) and ask to speak with the Billing Team. 

      Then I just got an email showing they extended it until December of 2025. But I think what happened is they gave me a year and a half for $180.
