Same issue with my 24 Tahoe. Family tries to connect their devices and it shows there’s internet, yet they can’t get on anything. Frustrating!!
This is not the experience we like to hear. To further clarify, is the LED light near your OnStar hardware currently red? We highly recommend ensuring your module is not currently pending any applicable updates. If you have ongoing concerns, kindly let us know by sending a private message to OnStar_Support.
