Wifi does not work! Onstar is No Help
It’s been a week now and my Wi-Fi still isn’t working on my 2018 Chevy Traverse LT. I’ve talked to OnStar support multiple times, and all they keep doing is sending refresh signals — still no fix or real solution.
My OnStar Connect Plus plan is active and “Allow Hotspot Access” is turned on in the app. But on my infotainment screen, all I see under Wi-Fi settings are:
- Wi-Fi On
- Manage Wi-Fi Networks
That’s it — there’s no Wi-Fi Hotspot option, no password display, nothing.
I’m heading out of town this weekend and really want the Wi-Fi working for my kids during the trip.
Has anyone else had this same issue and actually found a working solution?
