Vehicle status in myBuick app not updated for 4 weeks

almost seems like a "BOT" is answering these responses. We all have updated our apps, updated vehicle updates, turned the car off, then on and we all get the same answer--"Send an email to mailto:socialmedia@gm.com and then weget one that says send an email to onstarsupport."
