Vehicle status in myBuick app not updated for 4 weeks

Our team is disappointed to hear that these troubleshooting steps did not resolve these difficulties with getting the most current status updates on your vehicle, Tammy. In order to troubleshoot this with you further, please send us an email at socialmedia@gm.com and make sure to put "ATTN: OS Community/TammyR" in the subject line so we can locate your message. We will keep an eye out for your response.
Why mark as solution when there is not a solution! I have the same problem.

To clarify, have you also completed the previously provided troubleshooting steps listed above, including uninstalling and reinstalling the app and completing a Power Cycle? Did you ever get a solution? I am currently having the same problem and contacted them but it doesn’t seem like there is a solution.

No solution. I can use the app to start the car, vehicle status does not update.
