Unable to add family members to Guardian
"We are experiencing technical difficulties completing your request, please try again (500)" This is what I receive when I try to add my family members
Are you still experiencing concerns when trying to add family members? As an initial troubleshooting step, please try to uninstall/reinstall your OnStar Guardian app. Let us know if this helps.
