I got my Yukon 2023 in November 2022. In January 2023, the ONSTAR stopped working the time would roll back and stay on GMT, WIFI not working, the GM app for vehicle health and information, remote start and other problems noted. I have taken it to the dealer several times and I troubleshooted with your department and wasted my time. I am extremely upset that ONSTAR has not stepped up the plate and resolved this for several if not 1,000s of customers. I have a 3 year ONSTAR membership which came with my car which I have been UNABLE to use. Parts should NOT be on backorder to this. I would like someone to contact me in regard to this matter.
