Telmatic Module
I just had the same issue with my 2023 Sierra 1500 Denali. I also just noticed that the other people in this thread who have had problems with their Onstar units are also 2023 Sierra's or Yukon's, with the exception of the 2022 Caddy. Hmmmmmmm. Is this issue more common in 2023 modules?

I’m also having the same issue with my 2023 Silverado. I received an over the air update a little over a month ago. After the update I noticed that my compass and voice command was not working. After getting it into the Chevrolet dealership today they informed me that my telematic module is also bad. The module cost $725 to replace since the warranty has expired. Seems to be a common thing going on with this module in 2023’s.
