Just drove my 2023 GMC Sierra Dinaly Ultimate with the same problem Telematic Unit and it's not under warranty they quoted me 1200$ to replace it. I Said No way I'm paying for that.
You are paying for subscription to use internet and Super Cruise and now when something brake down you need to pay for that from pocket. Better just to trade in this vehicle and take something else. I'm quite disappointed
