Telematics Module
The local dealership is telling me it can take 3-5 days before they can look at the vehicle. Is there another way to check to see if the telematics module needs to be replaced on a 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500?

As our certified dealerships act as all eyes and ears in the field, they will be in the most appropriate position to inspect and diagnose your Silverado to determine the extent of repairs necessary for the specific concerns you're facing. If you would like our assistance connecting with your dealer or have any additional questions, please send our team a private message to OnStar_Support with more details. Just select the envelope icon at the top right of your screen to get started.

Try a different dealership. I got "we need to keep your car for 2 weeks to diagnose it" (with no loaner, of course) from one, "3-5 days" from the other, the third diagnosed it in a day.
Diagnosing won't help you, of course, as this PoS company can't keep parts required for the warranty repairs on hand, so it's backordered with no ETA.- Advisor_AhmedModerator
We do understand how frustrating concern with your OnStar module must be. Please know that if you do choose to work with an attorney our team is unable to assist you further. For further assistance from our team, please send us a private message to OnStar_Support by selecting the envelope at the top right.

You've provided zero assistance so far, so we're still at status quo.
But ... but ... perhaps you can provide assistance with buyback? I'm 8 days from 30 day repair deadline per the Lemon Law.
