Telematic module is out
I am having the same issue with my 2025 Buick as well. We had issues with it the first week we bought it, and 9 months later I'm being told the on star module is broken and draining the battery to the point the car will no longer start.
This isn't the experience we wish for you to have with your new Buick, Jennifer.
