Remote start
I have a 2023chevy colorado. My window sticker says I have remote start. When I bought the vehicle it was in the chevy app for the first month but not on my key fob. Now when I go to the app the only features there are lock and unlock.

To use the remote start function, you will need to be enrolled in an active OnStar plan that supports Connected Services, @donedone. Your OnStar account also needs to be linked with the myChevrolet app. You can learn more about available OnStar plans, pricing and included features all by visiting: https://shop.onstar.com/. If you do this and still do not see the remote start option on the homepage of the app though you think you should, feel free to send us a private message at OnStar_Support with your full name, email, phone and your VIN or OnStar member number.
