Prefered Dealer updated but
I moved out of state and I came on here and changed my prefered dealer to my new location. however onstar keeps using my old dealer and they keep sending me service updates. How do I get this fixed?...
Did this a year ago. it even shows the new dealer on my account page. However all my updates and alerts are from or asking me to contact my previous dealer 800 miles away. So there must be a glitch in your system.
